Help write and shape the words across Co-op's apps and websites so they are clear for millions of members. Mostly remote with a monthly team day in Manchester.

Day to day

  • Write and edit interface text and help content
  • Test wording with real users
  • Keep content consistent with the style guide
  • Work in the open with designers and researchers

What you would study

Content creator (level 3)

Level 3 Content Creator standard with Manchester Digital, remote workshops.

Training provider: Manchester Digital

Working week

Monday to Friday, hybrid, mostly remote

What you need

  • GCSE English at grade 5 or above and maths at grade 4 or above
  • A writing sample, from anywhere, submitted with your application
