What you would do

Learn how large networks are designed, built and kept running. The programme mixes online learning, hands-on labs and real work with BT's engineering teams.

Day to day

  • Configure and test network equipment
  • Help diagnose faults on customer connections
  • Document network changes
  • Complete practical assessments at the academy

Working week

Monday to Friday, some travel to customer sites

  • GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or above
