What you would do
Learn how large networks are designed, built and kept running. The programme mixes online learning, hands-on labs and real work with BT's engineering teams.
Day to day
- Configure and test network equipment
- Help diagnose faults on customer connections
- Document network changes
- Complete practical assessments at the academy
