What you would do
A four year technician apprenticeship across electrical and mechanical engineering, starting with a foundation year at college.
Day to day
- Build and test electronic assemblies
- Fault-find on control equipment
- Follow engineering drawings and procedures
- Rotate through design, test and production teams

Engineering technician (level 3)
Level 3 Engineering Technician standard with Wiltshire College, first year full time at college.

Working week
Monday to Friday, daytime
What you need
- GCSE English, maths and science at grade 4 or above
- An interest in how mechanical and electrical systems work
