Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator in a Nursery

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities with support from experienced staff.
• Complete observations and contribute to assessments and learning journeys.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice.
• Work closely with colleagues and families to support children's progress.
• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
• Follow safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures.
• Recognise and appropriately report safeguarding concerns.
• Contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent position and have the opportunity to progress onto the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

We are an independent, family run business that has been operational since 2012. Our senior team alone have over 30 years combined experience in childcare and have dedicated themselves to the business and the children we look after in that time. Our nurseries provide part-time and full-time care, aiming to be as flexible as reasonably possible for working and busy parents. We offer a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel at home and are able to play, explore, discover and learn throughout their time with us.

This role involves regular contact with children and may include regulated activity. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil safeguarding and child protection responsibilities and maintain professional conduct at all times.
