E-commerce & Marketing Apprentice

Your primary focus will be supporting our social media and content marketing efforts:

• Creating Content: Filming, editing, and designing engaging video and photo content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest
• Scheduling & Posting: Managing our content calendar to keep our channels consistent and active
• Creator Management: Reaching out to creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors, pitching collaborations, and building strong relationships
• Trend Spotting: Keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends, viral audio, and new platforms, bringing fresh ideas to team brainstorms

We are a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) fashion brand built on Shopify. Over the past 6 years, we’ve built a loyal community, but we are just getting started!

We operate as a small, highly collaborative team. Everyone here is hands-on and an expert in their field. That means you won't just be making coffee or doing background admin—you will be working alongside experienced professionals who are genuinely excited to mentor you, share their expertise, and help you build a real career in e-commerce and digital marketing.

You don't need years of formal marketing experience, that’s what the apprenticeship is for!

But to thrive in this role, you should be:

• Confident with Video: Comfortable stepping in front of or behind the camera, with basic skills in editing tools (like CapCut, TikTok editor, or Canva)
• Naturally Creative: Packed with ideas and an eye for what looks good
• Eager to Learn: Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to soak up knowledge from an experienced team
• A Team Player: Happy to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed in a small, fast-moving business
