What you would do
TM Green Group is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprentice to join its growing team. Your role will include sourcing candidates, making calls, building relationships, advertising roles and supporting clients, with excellent training, commission and career progression. Day to day
Duties will include:
- Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates for live vacancies.
- Speaking with candidates by telephone to understand their experience and career goals
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Matching suitable candidates to relevant job opportunities
- Supporting consultants with managing the full recruitment process
- Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews
- Preparing candidates for interviews and providing feedback
- Updating and maintaining candidate information on the company CRM system
- Assisting with business development and identifying potential new clients
- Making outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients
- Supporting clients with their recruitment requirements
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing knowledge of the construction industry and recruitment market
- Completing the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside the role
What you would study
Recruiter (level 3)
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.
Training provider: THE NVQ TRAINING CENTRE LIMITED
Working week
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (30 min lunch).
