What you would do
Seeking a team player with energy, passion and pride as well as an excellent customer-first approach. It is essential to have experience of delivering and meeting targets with a self-motivated attitude. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside our specialists. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates.
Day to day
You will be given the opportunity to work alongside our specialists.
This is a fast-paced role and requires you to be resilient, have good communication skills and deal with rejection.
During your first year, you will be learning the role, with great opportunities for progression.
We are looking for someone that wants to work hard and develop a career within the recruitment industry.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for sourcing and contacting quality candidates to qualify their suitability for the roles. Screening and qualifying candidates.
- Building a pipeline of candidates and regularly checking the status.
- Amend CVs where appropriate to highlight suitability.
- Ensure successful candidates are onboarded in line with safer recruitment practices.
- Maintaining our CRM and ATS, keeping all application notes and files up to date.
- Maintain administrative systems.
- Maintaining existing connections by supporting our clients with existing and new recruitment placements.
- Making new connections, emailing & calling to generate new business leads.
- Placing job adverts for roles across our target areas.
What you would study
Recruiter (level 3)
- Full training will be given, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Full on-the-job training will be delivered
- Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider, Davidson Training UK Ltd
- All training is carried out within the workplace during working hours
Training provider: DAVIDSON TRAINING UK LIMITED
Working week
Monday - Friday, between 08:00 - 17:00.
