What you would do

Logistics is a key focus for our global business, with our suppliers and customers being based around the world. The role of Logistics is booming across all industries as global markets become increasingly important. Develop your potential in a fast-paced environment, working on planning, shipping, and sales of high-end technology products.

Day to day

Gain a rounded knowledge of the full Supply Chain and Procurement within our Logistics Department by spending time working with and supporting Production Planning, Customer Planning, Incoming Materials and Warehousing teams. -Process customs documentation, ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders. -Process customer debits notes, where a customer issues ZF with a complaint. Where applicable, investigate the complaint and implement a countermeasure. -Support Customer and Production Planners. -Support Material Controllers

What you would study

Business administrator (level 3)

Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. All training is to be delivered at the employer's premises. A training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.

Training provider: CITY OF SUNDERLAND COLLEGE

Working week

Monday to Friday with hours to be confirmed, 30 minute lunch break
