What you would do

Swarm is working with Gleeson Homes who are recruiting Apprentice Sales Executives to join the growing Sales team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to develop a long-term career in professional sales.

Day to day

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
  • Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
  • Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

What you would study

Sales executive (level 4)

The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours of work each week during working hours while progressing towards their qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, during which the apprentice will receive tasks to be completed within their working hours.

Training provider: SWARM TRAINING C.I.C.

Working week

On-site. Thursday - Monday, 10.00am - 5.00pm (20-minute paid lunch).
