What you would do

Sales Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales office and delivering exceptional customer service. This is great opportunity to work for an established carpet manufacturing business with annual turnover of approximately £25 million and 150 employees.

Day to day

On a daily basis you will have task which will revolve around the following:

  • Order Management
  • Manufacturing & Stock Coordination
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Customer Service
  • Sales Support
  • Team & Process Improvement

What you would study

Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Other training

Training will be delivered through our training partner the Textile Centre of Excellence.

Training provider: HUDDERSFIELD TEXTILE TRAINING LIMITED

Working week

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
