What you would do

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to start a rewarding career in childcare? Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice qualification!

Day to day

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work:

  • Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Engaging children in fun and educational activities
  • Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
  • Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play
  • Observing and recording children's progress
  • Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals

What you would study

Early years educator (level 3)

  • Early Years Educator Level 3
  • Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Your training plan:

  • Remote Learning - Complete your qualification with online support from experienced tutors
  • Hands-on Experience - Gain valuable skills in a real work environment
  • Career Progression - Opportunities to move into full-time employment upon completion
  • Dedicated Mentor - One-to-one guidance throughout your apprenticeship

Training provider: SWIFT ACI LIMITED

Working week

Full time work, shift patterns varying. Days and shifts to be confirmed.

  • GCSE Maths at grade 4/C (essential)
