What you would do
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative Apprentice to join our team. Duties include receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, stock control, and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse. Full training will be provided, including health and safety, warehouse operations and the opportunity for forklift training.
Day to day
- Picking & packing orders
- Receiving & putting away deliveries using a fork lift
- Organising and maintaining the warehouse
- Assisting with stock control
- Loading vehicles for deliveries
- Assist with walk in customers
What you would study
Supply chain warehouse operative (level 2)
We will provide structured on-the-job training covering goods receiving, stock control, order picking and packing, dispatch procedures, and warehouse health and safety. The apprentice will receive ongoing supervision, practical support and regular feedback from experienced staff. We will also arrange and fund forklift training to support their development.
Training provider: LOCOMOTIVATION LTD.
Working week
Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.

After the apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, we hope to offer the apprentice a permanent position within our business. There will be opportunities to develop their skills, take on additional responsibilities and progress into roles such as delivering to customers in the vans or learning more with regards to admin roles and even a sales led role when they have learnt the products and the dynamics of the business.
