What you would do
At Swarm Training, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to become part of our dynamic team. This is a great chance to learn about our industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a valuable member of the business.
Day to day
- Support new and existing client to hire apprentices
- Candidate registrations, attraction and education
- Assisting with the marketing and administration of roles
- Providing a 360-degree consultative service including business development
- Working closely with the Engagement team members and accounts managers
- Updating CRM systems, mailing candidates/clients and reporting
- Becoming an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility
What you would study
Recruiter (level 3)
Other training
- Training will be with us, Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK
- The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Recruiter apprenticeship; this apprenticeship will take between 12- 18 months to complete with assessments
- The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification
- A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours
Training provider: SWARM APPRENTICESHIPS C.I.C
Working week
Typically from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. This is delivered within a flexible working structure, combining both office-based and remote work.
