What you would do

We are currently recruiting for 3 Business Administration apprentices to join us in our busy law firm. The roles available are within the reception, client care and conveyancing teams. You will work towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification whilst supporting us answering calls, liaising with clients and other admin. duties.

Day to day

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Dealing with incoming clients
  • Organising post
  • Arranging Teams calls and meetings
  • Liaising with external agencies to collect evidence
  • Managing client inboxes and updating an internal monitoring portal

What you would study

Business administrator (level 3)

  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
  • You will be based at our site full time and will be given off the job hours to complete your qualification remotely
  • In-house training

Other training

  • You will be assigned an assessor who meets with you via Teams call to offer support and review your progress on the course

Training provider: NORTHWEST EDUCATION AND TRAINING LIMITED

Working week

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
