Front of House Apprentice

• Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional service
• Taking customer orders accurately and communicating these to the kitchen team
• Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Learning about the menu, ingredients and available drinks to answer customer questions
• Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable
• Processing customer payments and operating the till system
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety throughout the venue
• Supporting the team with opening and closing duties
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving minor issues professionally
• Working as part of the front of house team to ensure customers have a positive dining experience
• Developing communication, teamwork and customer service skills throughout the apprenticeship

• Possible permanent contract upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship and further enhanced industry based training.
• An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence.

The team is committed to providing a positive customer experience and offers a great environment for an apprentice to develop their hospitality, communication and customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the industry.
