About Berry Group

Berry Group (Marsh Wall Ltd) has been part of the UK automotive industry since 2007, building a reputation for delivering high standards of customer service while representing some of the world’s most respected automotive manufacturers. What began as a specialist retailer for BMW and MINI has grown into a multi-franchise retail group serving customers across London and the surrounding areas. From the beginning, the company has focused on a simple philosophy: putting customers first, investing in great people, and representing the brands it partners with to the highest possible standard.

Benefits

Progression and pay increases depend on successful development; the pathway is a guide rather than a guaranteed promotion timetable.

Things to consider

Cobham is your base, with travel expected across the group. During your first three months you will be based at Cobham and paired with a colleague for site visits. After six months, you can normally begin visiting sites independently, depending on your progress and readiness.

Participation in the ECOS vehicle scheme may be possible for this group role and can be discussed further.
