Things to consider

  • A certain level of resilience is needed as the role involves working with teenage and adult learners who may have personal issues that could impact on their learning
  • Full training and support on managing learner behaviours will be part of your apprenticeship
  • Please note that, due to the nature of the support work and training to be undertaken, the role is not suitable for remote work and needs to be carried out in-person, on-site
  • As part of our commitment to Safer Recruitment in Education, the successful Apprentice will require a range of pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check (organised and paid for by ATL)
  • Please be aware that candidates chosen for interview may be invited before the closing date. This means that the advert may then close, so early applications are recommended!
