About Halo

Halo is a privately owned British software company, founded in Suffolk and now working with over 5,000 organisations across more than 100 countries. We develop ITSM, PSA and CRM Software, helping businesses around the world manage their services, customers and operations.

We do things differently, particularly when it comes to our people. We don't recruit externally into senior roles. Instead, everyone starts in Support, learns the business from the ground up and progresses from within.

We're growing quickly and invest heavily in young people, giving them real responsibility early in their careers. Whether you move into Software Consultancy, Sales, Partner Success or a more technical role, there's plenty of room to develop and shape your own career.
