Care Assistant Apprentice

• Responsibilities to Service Users
• Provide care for Service Users’ physical needs, including personal care and completing all necessary records
• Provide care for Service Users’ social and emotional needs including being entrusted with personal information, providing support, social stimulation
• Promote independence and choice
• Facilitate dignity and privacy for service users
• Show respect to service users at all times
• Operate activities and interests for service users
• Carry out all necessary daily routines
• Safeguard Service User to protect them from abuse and neglect, follow appropriate procedures to raise concerns

• Full accredited training in all areas of residential home care
• Full employment provided all aspects of employment are satisfactory and standards consistently met
• Opportunity to progress to senior carer once qualified and should a position arise

We are a Residential Care Home in Rochdale, providing excellent care for 25 residents over the age of 65, our aim, no matter your role is to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
