What you would do

An in-depth programme tailored to develop housing professionals who can confidently manage tenancies, tackle community challenges, and drive positive change within both social and private housing sectors. Real experience within a letting agency dealing with students and residents of the community.

Day to day

  • Reception duties
  • Booking in viewings and ascertaining what each potential applicant is looking for
  • Managing keys and the key system
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Taking card payments
  • Customer service - in person, telephony and emails
  • Helping with applications and setting up tenancies from sign up to move in
  • Answering queries
  • Self-learning and on the job training given
  • Opportunity to complete checkouts/inventories and inspections

What you would study

Housing and property management (level 3)

  • Training will take place in the office of MTR at 95 Holt Road, Liverpool, L7 2PN
  • Self-study time will be arranged during working hours, as well as outside of office hours
  • Other scheduled time will be arranged directly with the Apprentice Training Provider

Training provider: KINGDOM ACADEMY LIMITED

Working week

Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm

What you need

  • GCSE English at grade 4 and above (essential)
  • GCSE Maths at grade 4 and above (essential)
