ICT Support Technician Apprentice

• Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email and remote support tools
• Log, prioritise and update support tickets using the company's helpdesk system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Assist with password resets, user account administration and access permissions
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and customer records
• Carry out system checks and routine maintenance to ensure devices remain operational
• Deliver excellent customer service while keeping customers updated on the progress of their support requests

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
