What you would do

Our Early Years Apprenticeships will develop your knowledge and skills, giving you the chance to earn and learn at the same time. We offer a competitive apprenticeship salary and as a caring company, we value our employees and provide constant opportunities to train and progress in your career.

Day to day

As a nursery apprentice you will be expected to:

  • Build good relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues
  • Safeguard all children in our care
  • Ensure that children are in a safe environment and that their needs are met
  • Observe, monitor, and engage children in activities that will support their development in all the 7 areas of learning

What you would study

Early years educator (level 3)

  • The qualification you'll receive at the end of your training will be an NVQ Level 3 Early Years Educator
  • The apprentice will do their training at the nursery premises and online
  • The training will be one day a week

Training provider: PARENTA TRAINING LIMITED

Working week

Monday- Friday. 8 hour shifts between 7.30am- 6.00pm, with a 1 hour break.

After the apprenticeship

  • Upon successfully completing your apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent position at one of our nursery sites as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
  • We also provide ongoing training which could provide opportunities to progress towards room leader, deputy manager and manager positions
