What you would do

CBK Workspace Solutions LTD is looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Reactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in building maintenance and facilities services. Working alongside experienced maintenance operatives.

Day to day

Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced operatives with reactive maintenance and repair works
Attend properties and commercial premises to assist with maintenance issues
Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision
Assist with diagnosing and resolving maintenance problems
Learn and follow safe working practices and company procedures
Assist with planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Complete job sheets and basic maintenance records
Communicate professionally with customers, clients and colleagues
Follow all relevant health and safety requirements

Property maintenance operative (level 2)

Other training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
