What you would do

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person with a “can do” attitude to join our established excellent and caring team at the Surgery. We would like to hear from you if you can withstand pressurised situations, have an ability to deal with competing demands whilst remaining calm and courteous under pressure.

Day to day

  • Read coding
  • Admin
  • Scanning patient letters
  • Processing via Workflow Management
  • Some reception work
  • Making up patient record envelopes
  • Any other tasks as required by line manager

What you would study

Business administrator (level 3)

  • Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice
  • The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training
  • On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace

Working week

Monday- Friday between the core hours of 08.00- 18.30pm

What you need

  • GCSE English at grade 4 - 9 (essential)
  • GCSE Maths at grade 4 - 9 (essential)
