What you would do

We are looking for an organised, reliable and motivated Administration Apprentice to join our office team. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day administration of the business while working towards a Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. Full training will be provided, including training on our job management software.

Day to day

Duties will include:

  • Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Use of spreadsheets
  • Managing in-house computer systems
  • Filing, scanning and archiving documents
  • Supporting on reception area when required
  • Accounts support
  • Dealing with post
  • Any other admin duties as requested

What you would study

Business administrator (level 3)

Business Administrator Level 3.

Training provider: COREED LIMITED

Working week

Monday - Friday, between hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm.

What you need

  • GCSE Maths at grade 4-9 (A-C) (desired)
  • GCSE English at grade 4-9 (A-C) (desired)
