What you would do
Choice Support are looking for a new Adult Care Worker Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2. We are looking for a kind caring reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to support a 21-year-old gentleman with his morning routine, attend day service and community activities.
Day to day
About the role:
We are currently recruiting support workers in Crewe. We provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with our wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
We are looking for someone who is: -
- Kind and caring
- Enjoys supporting young people to develop independence and confidence
- Happy to take part in social and community activities
- A driver with a full driving licence and business use
- Previous care or support experience is desirable, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop their skills
What you would study
Adult care worker (level 2)

Upon completion of this 10 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Working week
Shifts TBC (Includes Weekends and Public Holidays).
