What you would do

The aim of the Marketing Executive is to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific target candidate audiences that produce high candidate engagement and creates actionable results. The actions undertaken by the Marketing Executive should drive increase in turnover and profitability across the group.

Day to day

  • Oversee and manage the lifespan of marketing campaigns
  • Identify topics and create content, relevant for posting on our website, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Identify methods to boost the website SEO performance
  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify audiences and emerging trends
  • Write and proofread adverts / marketing material
  • Plan and structure advert text to satisfy digital algorithms and increase performance of marketing
  • Maintain the group websites
  • Create and develop digital adverts and content using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Write and publish regular blogs
  • Direct, film, edit and publish digital content
  • Support marketing initiatives for group or associated companies

QA’s Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship provides a solid foundation of practical skills integral to becoming competent in fast-paced marketing roles.

It is widely accepted that we are facing a severe crisis when it comes to the gap between digital skills needed by employers and available talent. QA designed our workplace learning programmes to help organisations and individuals build in-demand marketing capabilities across channels, both by finding and developing new talent and through the upskilling of existing teams.

QA’s Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:

  • Learn the necessary skills to enhance business performance in the marketplace
  • Develop knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned to the Mutli-Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard, being able to apply them in context

Gain the following qualifications upon successful completion of the programme:

  • Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard

Tools and technologies learned:

Apprentices will learn to use Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Powtoon, Moz, W3Schools, JDoodle and all the major social media networks.

What you need

  • GCSE 3 of any subject at grade 4+ (A* - C) (essential)
  • GCSE Maths & English at grade 3+ (D or above) (essential)
