What you would do

Take the next step in your hairdressing career with our level 3 apprenticeship, designed for qualified level 2 stylists ready to advance. Build on your skills in cutting, colouring, and client care in a busy salon, working alongside an experienced team to grow your confidence and career.

Day to day

  • Carry out client consultations with support from senior stylists
  • Complete cutting, colouring, and styling services with guidance
  • Build confidence managing your own clients on the salon floor
  • Apply colours, toners, and treatments with supervision
  • Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
  • Provide excellent client care and build relationships
  • Maintain a clean, organised salon and workstations
  • Support front of house and assist with appointments
  • Develop product knowledge and retail skills

What you would study

Advanced and creative hair professional (level 3)

Training will take place fully within the salon. The apprentice will learn through hands-on experience, working closely with our experienced team on a daily basis.

They will receive ongoing one-to-one mentoring, developing advanced skills in cutting, colouring, and client care while working with clients under supervision. Training will be continuous throughout the apprenticeship, with regular assessments and support to ensure steady progress towards their level 3 qualification.

Training provider: ACHIEVEMENT TRAINING & SKILLS LTD

Working week

Tuesday - Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, shifts. This will include evenings (7.00pm) and Saturdays.
